I really liked coming here except didn’t like getting charged for extra things they do and no one said anything to me. Then get charged for it

I found my massage therapist to be amazing! I had absolutely no issues during booking or the service itself, though I have in the past. I felt I was placed with the correct massage therapist to address my needs, and I left feeling relieved. My only wish would be to have more communication from the receptionist to identify my needs. I would love to have the option to notate my areas of concern, no touch areas, and preference for breast pillow electronically and confirm this with my therapist opposed to in room.

Upon coming to get me for my service, my esthetician did not seem to look forward to my service. However, I was pleased with the services rendered. While checking out, one of the front desk staff members confirmed my services for payment, which was a lip and chin wax. Immediately afterwards, she and another staff member exchanged glances and began to giggle. I felt as if it was in regards to me and began to feel very self conscience. I left the establishment with ill feelings regarding my overall experience.

Honestly, the price was much more than I remember a service costing. I booked an 80-minute and it was supposed to be at a member rate. However, I'm not sure that was applied as I have previously been a member but currently am not. I was using gift cards to pay for the appointment and still ended up paying $40 out of pocket.

It is a perfect place for an in and out massage but lacks the true spa feeling. No lounge area for before or after appointment but it’s perfect for what I was needing.

I had the couple massage with my girlfriend. My massage therapist did an amazing job. She was very friendly and i was informed what to expect. I absolutely had no problems with her. The reason i wasnt highly satisfied was because it didnt feel like a couples massage. We we facing opposite directions. I think you should the tables face the same so we can see eachother while doing the massage.

Too many extra charges

I was not impressed by the 2 product lines offered. LED light therapy was over priced for a 30 second treatment per facial quadrant. My skin was not glowing and actually had a few more breakouts than before I had facial there.

Although I enjoyed my facial very much. I can not say the same for my massage. The massage itself was mediocre and did not leave me feeling relaxed or refreshed.

When I first got in the room I told the my hands n feet was more important only one hand was touched. I told her my ankle and feet is why I booked the extra foot massage I felt like it was just a wipe down. The massage on my body wasn’t even if she did once side good the other was just barely done.
