I just wish the facial was an hour long as advertised rather than the actual 45 minutes. I wish there wasn’t so much emphasis on upselling.

I find it difficult to schedule appointments at times that fit my schedule and because I live almost an hour away.

Customer service, friendliness, room comfortable

I did not get the value of my gift card that was given to me. I was told that I only had a regular massage purchased. But it was more than that. They took my gift card and it still had money on it.

I wish there would be tea at the start/end. The rag at the end was not clean. I wish you would have know there wouldn’t have been much hand massaging with the hot stone.

I learned this past visit from the receptionist that I could stack my massages for a longer massage! I’ve never been aware of this by other receptionist and always charged extra. Once during a facial I was give a treatment and not made aware it would be $100 dollars extra. I would have cancelled had it not been that I absolutely love my massage therapist, Kim.

It’s hard for me to get appointments in my time frame without scheduling them weeks in advance. I’m aggravated that they charge an extra $10 per person for a couples massage, when other spas do not. Really considering going somewhere else that doesn’t charge extra for couples and that has more available appointments.

I generally get my messages at the Sheraton or Nordstrom spa their atmosphere is completely different, but for the money you guys are doing okay

The room was next to the grooming area at the pet store. There was a lot of noise with a dog barking nonstop for about 15 minutes, and I could hear the groomers using clippers. It was difficult to completely relax.

Not that I wouldn't return, I would rather have a therapist who did not seem condescending. I could have enjoyed it more if she performed what was asked instead of doing what she thought I wanted.
