The staff was professional and accommodating. My therapist Cheryl was amazing. She explained what to expect from pressure points and release of toxins and provided education with the massage AWESOME

The original therapist I had scheduled with was out ill. Leandra was the therapist I saw and I was extremely satisfied. As this was my first time ever experience she took the time to explain everything in detail. I am looking forward to my next appointment. Unfortunately, Leandra is not available on a Thursday, but if I ever need a Friday or Saturday appointment I will surely schedule with her!

Avery was excellent. He checked before the massage to ask if there were any particular areas to focus on. He spent time on my feet and shoulders and was able to apply less pressure when I needed it.

Easy to book appointments, and the estheticians are very knowledgeable. Lots of excellent products are available for purchase. I love the fact that H&S is open 7 days a week.
