The staff is very professional both my facial and massage was great

As soon as I walked in the reception area was very warm and inviting. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment to begin which was great. Rachel was amazing. She was very precise and asked me open ended question to see what would make my facial a more pleasurable experience. She was such a nice person to speak to and I truly felt as if she cared about me rather just being another client.

I was very pleased with my massage therapist Lee ! She was awesome. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! thoroughly enjoyed my visit!

The staff are always friendly & welcoming when I arrive for my appointment. The atmosphere is always very warm, welcoming & relaxing. I’d say relaxation truly starts when I enter the reception area. My massage therapist Tracy is absolutely wonderful and possess the most exceptional ability to deliver the most healing & relief I’ve ever experienced in a massage session. She always asks how I am doing while in a session and always begins with making sure she knows what areas I am in need of relief. She offers recommendations on how to help release tension with stretches so I may continue to maintain the benefits post massage of the relief I experience in a session. I have chronic pain from repetitive movements associated with work that through seeing Tracy monthly I have been able to help keep my body less sore & more healed. I highly recommend her & Hand and Stone Summerville every chance I get.

From the moment I walked in the door I was amazed at how nice everything looked and how friendly the front desk staff were! Mandy was amazing and I will book her again. I cannot wait to try a facial too.

The receptionist, Rachel, was amazing and very knowledgeable. I called in about an hour prior to my appointment to just ask some general questions and she went above and beyond to not only answer my direct questions, but to also give me some good proactive advice as well. When I arrived, she immediately recognized who I was and took very good care of my intake as well as checking on the esthetician to ensure I was not waiting long. The classic facial was nice and very relaxing. The esthetician reviewed the products I brought in and gave me very good feedback on them as well as areas where I could improve them. My overall experience was great and definitely worth the money as I immediately signed up for the month to month plan :) thank you all for making my first spa experience a comfortable, informative, and relaxing experience.

The esthetician took her time and addressed my concerns she seemed very well educated on things that could help my skin. And she was very thorough

This was the first massage I have received… I was nervous to say the least. However, even just waiting for my massage was relaxing. The receptionists were very kind. My massager was incredible! She knew what she was doing and respected my boundaries!
