Receptionist was very friendly. I wish that I could use, in full, the value of one month's membership for add on services. I have several stacked up and would like to fully use one, without any left over money from it going to waste or having to pay extra.

Lizzy takes care of me gives me tips for skin care. She is also fun and make the experience fly right by. Highly recommend her!

Jamie gave an excellent massage’s, that is the first time she has worked on me. Very knowledgeable. Asked if the pressure was what I liked and very personable. Highly recommend her!

She was very thorough in explaining what we were going to do and what my options were. But I was able to completely relax, and there was minimal talking while getting the facial, which I appreciate. I really enjoyed it.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the services I receive at Hand and Stone, however, the new procedure of having the receptionist sit down with me and read me the forms and then having me sign them is cumbersome and seems to be a waste of their time and mine. I have read the forms for the past 3 or 4 years without any problem and I really dislike having someone read something to me like I am unable to read. Please consider changing this policy or at least offering an option to read it for myself.
