Logan is an excellent therapist. He listened to my requests and honored them by giving me extra time on the "sore spots". I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the hour.

Staff and therapist are professional and skilled

I had both a facial and massage and both technicians were absolutely amazing. My masseuse made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and safe as this was my first time getting a massage. And my esthetician was so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable in my skin.

The receptionist was helpful and responsive. Very easy to schedule my appointment with the therapist I’ve worked with in the past. The rooms and tables are comfortable. All and all an excellent, relaxing experience. I highly recommend Hand and Stone.

It's clean & smells clean. The staff is always welcoming & pleasant. Appointments are usually available within the first or second try. I had fraud on my credit card & called once I knew so that my package wouldn't be canceled & that I would give a new credit card number for billing/extras as soon as I receive it. I hadn't received my new CC by the time I went for my scheduled massage & then I was billed at the regular price. I was told that that could be changed with a manager there to do so but that no managers were in until Monday & that I would receive a text once changed. I called with my new CC number on Wednesday but received the VM. So I called back on Thursday to give my new CC # . I still have not received the price back from the difference.

The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed upon entering. My areas to avoid and area to focus on were respected.

The massage was amazing and the masseur was very knowledgable about what was best to resolve my issues. Brilliant 5 Star service
