She was very thorough in explaining what we were going to do and what my options were. But I was able to completely relax, and there was minimal talking while getting the facial, which I appreciate. I really enjoyed it.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the services I receive at Hand and Stone, however, the new procedure of having the receptionist sit down with me and read me the forms and then having me sign them is cumbersome and seems to be a waste of their time and mine. I have read the forms for the past 3 or 4 years without any problem and I really dislike having someone read something to me like I am unable to read. Please consider changing this policy or at least offering an option to read it for myself.

My massage therapist used deep pressure. The appointments work around my busy schedule. The text reminders about my appointments make it easy to remember.

The massage therapist was very good. She changed the pressure as my body reacted to it. She also stated the time we started and the time we would end. I appreciate it that.

Lizzie was very thorough in asking me about my skin care concerns. I had a very relaxing experience and my skin felt totally rejuvenated after my facial!

Massage Therapist knowledge and help reduce tightness. He asked about the level of pressure. Also, he asked the areas to concentrate for the massage.
