Friendliness of staff, professionalism of the masseuse. When I experienced difficulties scheduling on-line the receptionist helped me to schedule the appointment.

There was a time that I considered ending my H&S membership, but then I was introduced to therapist Alan, and he helped me bond again to the location. I've had few issues with scheduling, the facility is always clean, and it is in a good location for me. I really enjoy the app.

Jamie is awesome. She is very attentive during every visit and really makes me feel like she's listening to what I need.
