There was an issue with a gift card - basically at a previous visit, the incorrect barcode had been used from a gift card, so I had a gift card that had already been redeemed. After asking about this, reception staff looked up all of the gift cards I had on file and found one that was not redeemed. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use it on the visit that I had that day, but can use it for the future.

I have enjoyed every massage and facial at Hand & Stone. Every staff member has been professional and friendly.
