My experience at the reception desk was pleasant and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the entire suite was pleasant and relaxing. My massage therapist is one of my favorites. She is thoughtful of my concerns, knowledgeable and always pleasant.

I couldn’t be happier with the services Crystal provides. She is very good at what she does. I did want to express that I was very unhappy that I was not warned that hand & stone did not inform me that they were changing the value of the reward points. I had enough to get 3 massages. All of a sudden I was told the same points were now worth 1 massage. Had I known I would have used my points before the change. This really upset me and left a bad taste in my mouth.
