Megan is AWESOME!! I will only book with her. VERY satisfied with her and the time she took. Pressure and just everything was PERFECT.

I couldn’t be happier with the services Crystal provides. She is very good at what she does. I did want to express that I was very unhappy that I was not warned that hand & stone did not inform me that they were changing the value of the reward points. I had enough to get 3 massages. All of a sudden I was told the same points were now worth 1 massage. Had I known I would have used my points before the change. This really upset me and left a bad taste in my mouth.

My massage therapist is Jen and she’s so kind and communicative about any issues I have. I am a huge fan of Jen! The receptionist staff is sooo nice. They are always helpful and smiling and friendly.

Hand and Stone in Oswego, Illinois provided good service from the experience of scheduling my appointment to the polite welcome upon arrival to the massage itself. I appreciated Sarah asking if I had any particular areas that I wanted her to focus on. She is very professional, making me feel comfortable and able to relax.

The staff is so welcoming. They always make everything so easy and make you want to come back. Ali is amazing and I absolutely love her.
