I have been to other spas in the past and in comparison with Hand and Stone, so far I have been pleasantly surprised with the staff's attention to me. I always look forward to my massage even though I have seen 3 different therapists. All of them had different techniques, but all were attentive to my problem areas. This is something that is very important to me when I receive bodywork.
