The therapist was excellent. She always is. I have never had a poor visit. Availability was good. However, I am VERY dissatisfied that I am not able to see my previously scheduled visits on the website. Seems a simple thing to provide the user with a calendar of scheduled visits, with whom and a simple history. Similarly, I have no idea how many points I have or how to use them. The receptionist should tell me that when I check in for potential upsells.

This business is always professional in all of their customer dealings. Quality of service is outstanding. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

I have had a number of different therapists and I’ve always been very happy with all of them.

I called very last minute due to neck issues brought on through the day, and they were able to get me in the same day, which I didn’t think would be possible. The receptionist took the time and answered the questions I had, helping me “chose “ which therapist may be the best option for me based on what I was looking for by the questions I asked. I ultimately choose based off of her responses, she didn’t push anyone on me by any means. Renee couldn’t have been a better pick!!! She listened, and helped where I needed it!!! I would highly recommend her and hope to be back soon.
