Loved my time at Hand & Stone. My esthetician made me feel at ease and made my first facial an amazing experience. I hope to continue pampering my skin & myself in the future.

Crystal was amazing. I'm usually very uncomfortable during massages but she helped me by laughing and talking. Honestly such an amazing experience. Crystal thank you so much you were so knowledgeable and friendly.

Therapist listened to my concerns and helped me with back issues. Was professional, knowledgeable and caring. I will request her in the future.

Reception should try to make you feel extremely welcome. My interaction with reception is minimal. As for the massage therapist Renè is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Each step with all person was great. I've been to may other salons and independent therapist and was very pleased from polite ladies and massage was what I requested.

Receptionists are very professional, welcoming and efficient. Julia is on time, knowledgable, professional and personable.Ive never encountered an issue with any of my appoimtments. Ease of use from check-in to check-out is outstandimg and staff makes me feel comfortable yet well taken care of.
