Jen is awesome! She does a great job, always makes me feel better than when I came in. All the staff in front are kind and helpful, also.

Always a pleasant experience. My therapist, Ngoc, is expert at body work. Even with the price increase, still worth the money.

I've been a member for at least 7 years. The sign in form is redundant. I don't need to sign it every month. I can tell you if anything has changed

I usually like to get there early because the waiting area is relaxing. The front desk girl added to my relaxation by providing a neck warmer. I may start showing up 30 minutes early for my appointment if this is a service that will be continuously provided. The staff at the desk are always smiling and welcoming. I did have to wait but the neck warmer made it worth it. The massage therapist was very good but I would've liked a little more pressure. Overall I'm happy with my experience and look forward to many more massages and facials.

The staff was welcoming. The lobby and massage room were clean and welcoming. The massage therapist focused on my areas of focus.

My therapist is amazing. She knows exactly where my stress is and works those areas. Her pressure is perfect.

This was our second visit to Hand and Stone for a couples massage, and the first at this location. We knew what to expect and like that each location is laid out the same. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Jordyn was my massage therapist and I was very satisfied with the massage. Since we were only visiting the area, it’s too bad I won’t be able to schedule more appointments with her. My wife’s massage therapist was Sarah and she was satisfied as well. The massage room was very relaxing and the music was especially nice with this visit.
