Hand and Stone

When I walked in the receptionist knew who I was and already had my checked in. As always Julia was amazing and I had a wonderful facial. Booked my next appt with no trouble afterwards and will be back in a month!

Everything was perfect. The only problem I had was getting up and going home.

My massage therapist was Jen. I let her know about bulging discs in by back causing lower back pain as well as tightness in neck and upper shoulders. She did an amazing job, focusing a good amount of time on those areas while checking to make sure the pressure was good. I was also very happy that she didn't spend the entire hour on just those areas but left time for the rest of my body as well. She did an excellent job, I would highly recommend, and will come see again!

Before my current membership with Hand and Stone I had been to quite a few different establishments. Since my first experience at Hand and Stone I have not. And I wont go anywhere else.

Renee has been helpful and is knowledgeable. Costs of services and the membership program seems to be very straightforward with no hidden rules.

Very clean in every way

There was a minor issue with my appointment time due to a therapist calling in sick. The manager Jackie (Oswego, IL.) quickly fixed the problem and I got my massage!
