The staff and service are excellent. I wish the esthetician explained what products are used at the end and why they are used just for my own knowledge. Other than that, It was a great experience.

Ngoc is AMAZING! He takes his time and listens to where the problem areas are, and checks in while working to make sure that you are feeling some relief. He is friendly and welcoming and I would recommend him to anyone looking to try a massage for relaxation or pain relief! Cant say enough great things about him!

Julia and Sydney are amazing at there jobs. They make feel completely relaxed. Treat me like I'm their only customer and I never feel rushed.

Sydney is amazing! My wife and I both go to see her and she is so friendly, personable and experienced. I always am looking forward to my opportunity to get a massage and relax. This most recent was one of the most satisfying experiences I have had while getting a massage. Sydney found all of the areas of tension and effectively fixed them. I would recommend Hand and Stone, specifically Sydney as their massage therapist, to anyone who is looking to relax through massage therapy. Great experience and we will be planning to come back every month for as long as we are able to do so.

May want to consider replacing chairs in waiting room with new ones. The chairs are seeing quite a bit of wear and tear.
