I have a good relationship with my esthetician. She is aware of my concerns and how to solve issues as they arrive. I enjoy seeing the results after my treatment!

I love my therapist Katie. She is so nice, very friendly, always asks me what my problem areas are and makes sure to focus on that. She likes to chat during the appointment which doesn’t bother me at all, I like to talk.

I am very happy with my therapist Elizabeth. She is very knowledgeable and and expert at what she dies. She explains everything thoroughly and is extremely friendly. The front desk personnel are also excellent and very good at what they do.

The therapist was friendly and kept asking me how the pressure was. He asked me if I had any conditions or points where i wanted more attention.

The Therapist, Rene, was very friendly and had a very calming presence about her. I get nervous about how awkward it will be during a massage so I have not gotten a professional massage in over 10 years and I felt very comfortable within a few minutes with her. The staff was very welcoming from arrival to departure and it was very clean and very calm which made it easy to relax.

I was recommended products for my skin and they actually feel like the stuff she used while I was there. I think the prices are a bit much but the service and professionalism is definitely a plus.

I was in alot of pain when i called. They were able to get me in the next day! I had a new massage therapist. Her name was Elizabeth. She listened carefully to all my needs! Everyone should come her just once. You'll be hooked.

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because of how kind all the staff are and how clean and safe they are for COVID protection. I also like how they tell me on what my face needs more work on. I also like how comfortable I feel.
