Love everything about the Oswego Hand and Stone. The people are friendly and helpful. Always a relaxing experience

Front desk was very helpful and attentive. Massage therapist made sure all areas I needed addressed were worked on and I was comfortable on the table.

Alyssa was very familiar with the areas I needed targeted because of my job. Would definitely reccomend her and the spa. Overall clean and relaxing atmosphere.

My therapist was very friendly and professional. She immediately asked me if I had any problem areas or areas where I wanted her to focus. The massage was tailored for me. I was so relaxed that I think I fell asleep during the massage. The room alone makes me feel relaxed. I look forward to my next one.

The place is clean and staff very friendly. Husband was overcharged last week - had to pay extra when he used a gift card for a 90 massage since prices went up (the card said 1 1/2 hour massage). This week, Josh accepted the gift card for what it said it was for. I know the receptionists need to mention all the sales pitches, but I was told the same thing 4 times. I felt heavily pressured, but if you don't have the money to join, you don't have the money to join. It's embarrassing to have to keep saying no.

The massage made me feel very relaxed the amount of pressure applied was just right. He also worked the specific areas that I asked for. I felt great afterwards.
