The receptionist was very welcoming and informed me of promotions and ways to save. He directed me to the restroom before the appointment began. My appointment was scheduled for 8pm and I wasnt directed back until about 8:08, so it didn't start on time, but I was already in the parking lot at 9:05 so it wasn't quite a full hour. This is not a poor reflection on the therapist as she was really good. I let her know what areas I wanted her to focus on due to pain and discomfort. She communicated very well and received a lot of the pain I was having. She even correctly identified the medical issue in my foot that was causing the pain without me having to tell her about it. This was a very strong indicator of how knowledgeable she is. I will definitely be back and recommend Elizabeth to anyone who needs a massage. Excellent service all around.

I am very satisfied with everything at the Oswego Hand and Stone. I am always asked about what areas need attention. Crystal knows exactly the correct massage techniques to help me feel great.
