My esthetician was very kind and easy to talk to. She answered every question I had. She made me want to come back again.

I had a few really bad experiences with Hand & Stone located in Geneva, IL so I decided to try the Oswego location and I am so happy I did. I can not say enough about the wonderful treatment I received. I will definitely refer family & friends to this location. Excellent customer service!

Julia is always wonderful and takes great care my skin care needs. She always treats me like a new client but in the same breath like a client she’s had forever. I always look forward to my facial and how relaxing she makes it.

I like the atmosphere there. The massage was nice too, I was looking to relax and feel better. There was very little wait time. You guys are getting busier so I need to do a better job scheduling in advance.

I was having severe back pain and unable to get into my normal lady due to my last min calling. Was given a quick appointment with Zack and extremely pleased with the relief and expertise he had. Even gave me a few tips.

I enjoyed the cryogenic procedure, but I feel $150.00 for a 20 minute procedure is too expensive. I would have them more frequently if the price was lower.
