I received both a facial and massage, both of which were my first. Both employees were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. I was particularly impressed with my massage therapist. I have been dealing with noticeable neck and shoulder pain for several months, and she provided me with some much needed relief. I definitely want to go back!

She said do you feel I am in the right area of your problem She was highly concerned about my privacy One thing I would like to bring to your attention is all the chairs in your waiting room are to low. I personally can not get out of them by myself. You need to get some higher chairs in your waiting area, along with the ones you have now.

Crystal is worth her weight in Gold. I 've been getting massages for better than Thirty years. Had a lot of therapists over the years for just OK massages. It is quite obvious Crystal has a passion for her work. The quality of her massage reveals it. She is the real deal! Hand And Stone offers a great experience from the time you walk through the door till the time you leave. I give them 5 STARS!!!!

Elizabeth is the best massage therapist I have found to date. She is a master of her craft and always fixes my trouble areas during each visit. She is always smiling and bubbly, and a real joy to have as a masseuse. It is because of her that we continue visiting and maintain our memberships.

Erica takes her time. She is very knowledgeable. She does an awesome job!
