Hand and Stone

Crystal is great and she is the reason I drive to Oswego for my massage. There is another location in Naperville which is much closer, but Crystal is not there.

I have had a membership with Hand and Stone both in Florida and now in Illinois and have been very satisfied with both locations with my services as well as the ambiance of the locations. I feel as though my money is well spent for my month self care.

My therapist was wonderful and listened to where I said my problem areas were. I have had a noticeable difference in the pain and tightness in those areas since.

Crystal has been the best masseuse. I don't know what I would do if she left. Only issue is that there should be an app to be able to schedule apts instead of website or by phone.

I have been a member since the opening of this location. I have always had a great experience, enjoying both facials and massage over the years.
