Hand and Stone

I enjoyed the facial thoroughly and the receptionists were lovely. I didn't get into my facial approxmiately 10 mintues later than my time slot and then I was done before 3. So I had a time of 2pm. Got into the room at 2:10, started facial at 2:15 ish and then was done by 2:50. Not sure that this is the normal time frame especially since I upgraded to the mature facial for $30 extra. I was also not informed on what products were used at all so I had no idea what to buy if I wanted to buy.

Kathy is the best! Highly skilled and able to help with my trouble spots.

Daisy the massage therapist performed a fantastic massage that addressed all of my sore muscles. Plus, she remembered the problem areas that need special attention from my last visit.

Exceptional massage therapist. The only slightly negative note would be the fact that I could hear people talking outside the room which was distracting.

The place is clean, products seems good and the Esthetician was nice and helpful, did a nice job.

Everyone was ready for me when I got there. My estatison remembered me from last month and is helping guide me towards products and services that will help me meet my skin goals.

I have had Daisy provide my massages for quite awhile. She is always friendly, receptive to my needs and provides an exceptional massage. Her technique is the best I have experienced (and I have had a lot in 74 years). She doesn't deliver the massage as if it is a "standard" routine. She also is not jerky or fast.

Enjoyed the service that I was given from the start to end of each appointment. Nice facility and nicer people. Looking forward to my next appointment!
