The facility, and facial room, was comfortable and lovely. Scheduling an appointment was quite easy. the only issue I had: the staff was holding an "informational meeting" with "new" staff in the reception area which seemed inappropriate. It also meant there wasn't enough seating available for clients.

I always see Chelsea. She always makes me feel better when leaving than when I came in. The entire staff is professional and friendly. It’s been more difficult to book appointments unless I book out a couple months. Chelsea is fantastic.
