I was warmly greeted when I arrived. It was my first time at Hand and Stone, and everyone was welcoming and happy to answer my questions. I was early and was offered water and updated on my wait time. My massage was done by Alexa - she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, giving me plenty of information and options for my massage. She did a great job and was fun to talk with through the process. I will definitely be back.
