The staff are amazing! From the front desk to the service providers, I was treated with respect and kindness. And, the staff is very knowledgeable about wellness.

The staff is always so nice and lovely. I enjoy going in there to see and catch up with all of them feel like part of the family. Sidenote, I have mentioned that as a member the gift card options have kind of gotten worse and worse over the years and it feels like it’s harder to keep track of my gift cards since I am no longer allowed to see them on the app which I know at one point I used to be able to and now I am unable to Which is kind of annoying

Mara is great! She does the most relaxing and high quality facials!

The quality of the massage I received was excellent, and adapted to my needs of the day. I was expecting (unwanted) sales pressure and upselling from the therapist, and there was none of that. During checkout the front desk person made sure I understood the benefits of membership in a friendly straightforward way that did not make me uncomfortable.

I was very satisfied because I always feel great after each appointment. I love the way my skin feels and how much it’s has cleared up. It’s a very relaxing experience.

The employees up front were really friendly and spent little time checking my partner and I in. However, I was sad to see my partner get called in about 7 minutes before me while I waited a few minutes until after my appointment time to get called. I can understand if the MT was busy with another client, but nobody came out of those doors except the MT.

This location has been my favorite for sometime now, both for massage as well as facials. The staff are courteous and friendly as well as very well trained in their field.

Have been to Hand & Stone for yrs., seeing Sam for my facials. She has left for Bend, OR., & recommended Rowan for me. She was a delight, & my face, three days later, still feels fabulous.

Staff always friendly, and always feel so relaxed after a massage with Dani. I appreciate that she focuses on the areas of stress in my neck and shoulders, and she has excellent technique and style. She's the best!
