Hand and Stone

My first experience at Hand and Stone was thoroughly relaxing and refreshing. Everything was very catered to my preferences without an over-bearing amount of choices. All staff I interacted with were knowledgable and friendly but more importantly I never felt like I was being upsold greedily in any way shape or form. Megan particularly made me feel extremely comfortable and cared for. I forgot the front desk persons name but they were super nice as well, the experience started as soon as i stepped off the sidewalk which was unexpected for the busy location. I am happy to be a member and excited to return

Sam is so amazing! She gives the best facial massages and is always so knowledgeable and skillful!

Staff was very friendly and the massage therapist listens to my needs and worked diligently in the target areas I requested. She checked if pressure was good and adjusted when I requested more.
