Every time I come in the front are so kind and often cheerful, eager to help. Sam is truly wonderful! She never makes me feel stupid when I ask questions or guiding me through different facial experiences. I leave feeling refreshed after every treatment.

When I arrived the staff were unable to find my appointment. However they were very good at resolving the issue and squeezed me in only about 15 minutes after sorting things out. Looks like there was a software issue that should be resolved.

All team members were friendly and knowledgeable about Hand And Stone and the membership process. The facility was clean and bright, and it was conveniently located. My therapist was friendly and knowledgeable, and knew what my body needed without having to consistently chat about it, and let me relax and surrender to her expertise. She’s the reason I became a member, and the reason I booked another appointment four days later.

I have been fortunate to always have a positive experience every time. I value my esthetician’s opinion and care she takes every visit. She is very kind too.
