The desk staff was sweet and helpful, and it’s always a joy to get a facial from Megan. I’ll be back next month.

I appreciate how she talked through the process. I enjoy knowing what they're seeing and appreciate the various tips and questions throughout the process. I may not feel different right away but i feel that she gave me tips that can improve my situation over time. I had a really great appointment.

My whole experience with the staff and my therapist is very inviting and welcoming. They all pay good attention to my request , they go over and above to accommodate me.

I was highly satisfied because my massage therapist helped me to relieve substantial pain. She is knowledgeable with massages. She also is professional and does great work on listening to what I said about my most painful places and doing excellent work on them.

Everyone is always so nice, and the setting is always very relaxing. I get there after a hard month, and I can unwind in a quiet, comfortable room with friendly conversation. I always look forward to my visits, and wish I could afford to come more than once a month. haha

I appreciate how welcomed I feel at H&S each time I walk through the door. The energy is always positive and relaxing. My aesthetician is wonderful and my appointments feel very personalized and thoughtful. I've only ever had one negative experience, and it was with a front desk person who was chaotic and unprofessional. I shared my experience, respectfully, with a manager, who I believe has since provided feedback to that individual. This individual's behavior did not impact my overall perception of H&S and it felt like a very atypical experience.

Reception staff are super friendly, during this hard time of extended pandemic, everyone should be mindful and kind to those who show up to work due to potential short staff. Aricka is my number 1 massage lady, shes been awesome since day 1!
