It all was excellent! Beautiful clean store front, super kind, informed, and attentive reception staff, wonderful products for sale including ones I’ve never seen before, a same day appointment available (!), and an incredible massage by my therapist. Great first experience!

The folks on N Williams are welcoming, listen to you, and make you feel comfortable. The appointment rooms are calming, smell good, have relaxing light. The specialist is well trained and positive.

Mae provided me with the best massage I've had in some time. She listened to me with regard to the areas I needed treatment and was skillfully attentive to those areas. I will definitely book a massage with her in the future.

My massage therapist Richard was very attentive to my needs. He focused on the areas I asked him to and did a great job. His technique was outstanding. He also did a great job at talking when I wanted to talk but also allowing there to be quiet time when I wanted to simply enjoy the massage. One of the best massages I’ve ever had! 10/10 recommend. I bought 3 more massages and scheduled another appointment with Richard!

My massage therapist did a great job in keeping a balance of relaxation while still doing work to loosen up my tight areas. She was friendly and personable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Josie is always kind, punctual, and attentive. The receptionists I've worked with are also very kind and greet me promptly when I arrive, and are very helpful in booking my future appointments. The only reason I may have to drop my membership is because of price (trying to cut back on my overall spending), but otherwise I have been very happy with my time at Hand and Stone!
