My esthetician was super friendly and very informative, as this was my first facial. She explained everything she was about to do and why. She made great recommendations

Dani continues to be my regular masseuse for over 3 years now, and she continues to provide outstanding service while being flexible if I have any particular areas of need. My only concern is that she has enough time to take adequate leave to rest and recover her muscles in order to avoid burnout from overuse. I hope that Hand and Stone management is doing everything they can to support her! While the receptionist staff has changed over the years I've been a member, each staff has been polite and shown effort to be efficient to keep customers waiting as little as possible. Thank you for the continued excellence in service!

Excellent attention to the sore areas. Massage therapist has excellent knowledge of the body and muscles. Would highly recomment Mae for anyone else going to hand and stone.

Location And professionalism

Everyone is always so helpful and welcoming. Teresa is always a joy to talk to, and often makes me laugh, and remembers the spots that get to me the most. Having the chance to talk to someone I can have good conversations with is part of relaxing for me. The room is always just the right temperature and such a wonderful way to destress. The music selections are great as well. I love coming here. These great people keep me running smoothly so that I can keep doing my own job. With as stressful as these last few years have been, sometimes waiting a whole month seems like such a long time.
