I used a last minute deal to schedule an appointment 3 days out. These appointments are useful to me, as I typically need a massage when experiencing pain that I hadn’t planned for. Having more same day appointments available would be a huge help to me.

Lexi is amazing, she knows just how to completely obliterate my back. After every session I am able to rise like the phoenix after being decimated by elbows, knuckles, and great conversation. If there was a way the company could pay Lexi more they should, or at the very least they could have there entire back realigned and through pain and suffering be born anew.

Friendliness was great, and even though I arrived 8 minutes late, I was treated kindly and was given a quick run down that didn't take up too much time. Thanks to the communication, I opted to drop 1 of 2 add ons so it didn't cut into the time of the massage due to me arriving late. I appreciate the honesty and kindness. They also gave me cold water after my massage which was refreshing!

I feel as though the overall conduct of the receptionist staff and my therapist were extremely friendly, professional and respectful. They do sincerely take the time to talk to you as a customer to understand how best to provide services that meet your needs. My experiences with the receptionist staff (mainly manager Miranda) have always been courteous and enjoyable. She really is organized well and focuses on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. I have always really appreciated my interactions with her. My therapist (Lexi) always provides an unmistakable positive environment, so I always feel at ease, comfortable and relaxed when seeing her. She always does an extraordinary job providing therapeutic relief and a beyond satisfactory experience. Overall, I am very happy and pleased to be able to visit this location for services. In my humble opinion, Miranda and Lexi deserve some sort of recognition for the above and beyond approach to customer service and satisfaction that they provide to everyone each and every time.

Richard was amazing! I came in with the worst headache and super stressed needing to relax and he hit every area I told him i needed relief. The pressure was great and he kept checking in with me and that was awesome. He made me feel really relaxed and comfortable so I could just melt into the table. It was exactly what I was looking for! Thanks Richard!

Both the customer service and cleanliness of the spa were exceptional. My esthetician was curious about my goals for my skin, and was sweet and positive. I’m excited to come back.
