I was satisfied because Kerry my esthetician is incredible. She not only listened but she knew what to do to make me feel calm, content. She was knowledgeable about the what she was doing and able to express it comfortably but she was also a therapist who knew how to help you ease out of your mental or emotional health issues and take care of yourself to be calm and relaxed

I forgot the receptionist name but she was very welcoming and helpful signing me up for membership, knew who i was when i checked in. My therapist Aricka was amazing! Highly recommend but I don't want her to be all booked up due to high demand hehe
