My esthetician who did my facial was really sweet and also very honest about the cost of everything before you agreed to it to make sure there were no surprises.

I really appreciated that the experience was very relaxing and the staff seemed interested in my well-being. My therapist kept checking in and would explain what she was doing, so I felt less vulnerable.

The staff truly makes the experience. The facial I received was so wonderful and relaxing as well as the message. The front of house staff could not be more welcoming and kind. I feel that they go out of their way to help me find an appointment and are genuinely wonderful to be greated by. Thank you!

The service is top notch at this location. Entire staff is friendly and engaging. My therapist, Rebecca, always takes time to make sure pressure is good, and that she focuses on where she can impact most during the time given.

Front desk was great - manager very helpful in transferring my membership from PA. Kerri was very energetic and upbeat. And my skin feels GREAT. ONLY small downside. Wish the LED treatments weren’t so much additional add on cost.

I've been.a regular customer for almost 3 years now at this location on North Williams, and almost all of my appointments in that time span have been with Dani aside from my first few with other staff who moved on from the company. She really understands how to provide outstanding customer service and has been very receptive to feedback. I appreciate how she is able to find just the right amount of pressure, occasionally spend more time than usual on areas of need, and is fine with adjusting typical routine of the Swedish massage so that I can flip over more frequently as I start to get uncomfortable if I lie face down too long. Another thing I like is how I've never felt pressured from any staff to upgrade or purchase any other products or services here whereas some other places I've gone to in the past have tried to hard-sell me at times. The temperature of the massage room and reception area has felt comfortable, and the receptionist staff are consistently friendly and welcoming too. As a mental health professional my job is particularly stressful every week so regular massage is something I can count on for self-care and relief. Thank you Hand and Stone!
