The entire team, as well as my esthetician, always make me feel like a valued, appreciated and respected customer.

This is second time I had an appointment with Sam for a facial. It was lovely! Due to some dermatology issues, she took extra care in my facial. She would ask me periodically, if everything felt ok, due to some sensitive skin issues. I’m going back in about 6 weeks for another facial!

I was very specific about my problem stress areas and I thought my therapist did an excellent job using pressure and responding to what my muscles were telling her. She checked in about my comfort without being overly solicitous. She did some stretches and varied her technique in ways I appreciated. She asked whether I was comfortable with being touched on the neck in a very thoughtful trauma-informed way which was a first. I’ve treated myself to quite a few massages over the years and this way great.

I always have a wonderful experience at H&S Williams. It’s the highlight of my month. Always feel my best after a visit.

SAM listens and understands my skin care concerns and my face and neck look better after just 3 visits. Sam is caring, knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell me anything more than quality products that I specifically ask about.

From walking in the door and being greeted by a friendly receptionists, my appointment starting on time and having a very knowledgeable esthetician- I can easily say the facial I got was relaxing, effective and worth it!

Garrett is the best masseur I have ever had! He did my massage in Sept 2020 when I was visiting Portland, so I called again when I was there last month. I was elated he was available. The only reason I won't be visiting THAT hand and stone is because I live in Southern California. Otherwise, I'd be there!
