Lexi was personable and skilled. She listened to my concerns. She was knowledgeable and responsive to my health needs.

It was a very pleasant experience and I felt staff was dealing well with the COVID 19 to protect customers and employees.

The staff were all nice . The manger the front desk girls and my massage therapist were super friendly . The spa is in a nice area !

I felt very safe the entire visit, from the temperature check at check in until I walked out. Theresa really listened and gave extra attention to the areas I asked for during my massage. The only downside is pricing is not transparent. I did not know there would be an upcharge for requesting deep tissue at the time of appointment. I was not made aware until checkout.

Rebecca was amazing, she was very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and really took the time to find out what my skin care concerns were. Will book my upcoming appointments with her!!

The receptionist who spoke to me on the phone while I made the appointment prepared me for the intake form and expectation on arrival. Gareth was awesome at targeting my needs areas and pressure. Kind reception on exit.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Garett focused on my sore and tight areas and was able to relieve so much tension in my body. It was an actual deep tissue massage which can be hard to find.
