I have received consistently excellent customer service from all staff at the Hand & Stone on N. Williams location for the past several months. I had one negative experience at the NW 23rd location due to my masseuse there not listening well to my requests for adjusting pressure and giving unsolicited advice for an injury that made the experience more stressful. However, when I was up front with the staff at the Front Desk there, they apologized and "comped" my visit. All my other visits have been to the N. Williams location and every Front Desk staff has been friendly, welcoming, and helpful whether in person or over the phone. My previous two go-to masseuses both left last year, but my current masseuse Dani (Danielle) is outstanding by being super responsive to requests to target certain areas, adjust pressure as needed, always smiles, and does a consistent job with loosening knots and tension each time. I also appreciate how the staff do not try to hard-sell products or services to me but let me know when there are special limited-time deals like the Black Friday packages which encouraged me to invest in one. I will continue to recommend you guys!
