Friendly people and great atmosphere!

All in all very good. The chief reason I first found Hand and Stone (aside from a convenient location) what you were able to accommodate same day appointments. I think the first time I visited I made an appointment online. This time it said none available so I called and luckily that was not the case. I've also had trouble logging in even though I've checked in via email and in person and my email is correct in the system. So I would say technology is really the only issue I've had.

My husband surprised me with a massage. He was able to easily book the massage appointment, the same day, over the phone and the receptionist took his card information to be charged at the end of my service. Everyone was very friendly and the massage was just what I needed on a rainy Monday evening.

I felt like my esthetician was super detail oriented with my care and was genuinely working to make me feel and look amazing. To me, it felt like she went above and beyond what other facials have been like for me.

The whole experience was great. The staff was very accommodating. I was early and was taken early without question. Very satisfied and looking forward to my next visit.
