The staff is very friendly and helpful! I am at ease the second I step into the Massage room. My therapist is very good at identifying stress knots and working them out. I always feel so much better after leaving.

I was made very comfortable and not rushed with needing water or using the bathroom. I did not feel pressured to upgrade to the brightening facial. Each step of that process was described by Caitlyn and the results afterwards felt amazing.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with kindness and felt very welcome by the reception staff. My massage therapist was also knowledgable and attentive. I am prenatal, so although I would have liked a bit more pressure I'm not sure she's really allowed to. I added a foot massage at the end and I was SO relaxed, I'm pretty sure I caught myself snoring! LOL

I didn’t want to engage with the guy who was watching videos on his cell phone (without headphones), so I waited for my appointment outside... but I wish someone had told him to cut it out

I was able to make a same day appointment with my preferred provider. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The reception area was clean and comfortable. My massage therapist worked on my injury areas with skill and was very communicative!

I have had many massages over theyears and David is by fair the best therapist I have ever had. You should give him a raise, make him a trainer/manager co-owner... whatever he is a extremely valuable asset to this business.
