Mia was vastly knowledgeable and gave me great skin care tips. She was warm and very lovely in general. Tay gave me a very memorable and thereputic massage and the fan was a nice touch. Very pleased

i brought my husband in for his facial and i asked if there was a massage available and there was. The massage therapist worked on my sore knee. Between the receptionist and massage therapist i felt they went above and beyond expected

From the minute I walk through the doors I instantly feel relaxed. From the friendly welcoming greet, the clean fresh smell and the peaceful room. Janae is amazing, she is strong and focused. I always leave feeling relaxed and calm. I recommend F&S to so many.

Stephanie was an excellent therapist! She listened to my problem spots and focused on relieving the tension. The only thing I didn’t feel was worth the add on was the peppermint scalp massage. $15 for 5 min of treatment seems overpriced. Although she did a great job.
