Hand and Stone

I have had massages with Lance before and he is one of the best massage therapists I know. I mainly get massages when I have specific issues and he always does an excellent job of addressing my issue while also integrating it into a whole-body massage. I can’t recommend Lance highly enough.

The main reason I was Highly Satisfied after my first two visits and purchased a membership was because my masseuse Melissa provided excellent customer service by not only being friendly and caring but also very responsive to feedback to try to find the desired amount of pressure on each area. This was especially important to me as I'm recovering from a spine injury, and she avoided affected areas to manage the time well between other areas that I requested to work on. In addition to her great service, the location is very close to me, the availability of appointment times is flexible, and I feel I'm getting my money's worth. The only negative experience just happened a few minutes ago when I was 95% done with my first survey giving thorough and thoughtful feedback when it abruptly ended my session, lost all my feedback, and wasted my time. I received the first time warning and clicked OK to keep going but never got a second prompt so that was frustrating and hopefully your tech team can fix that issue as some customers like me take their time when filling these out.

I have always been welcomed to any and all Hand and Stone's, this one is no different. Their focus on the customer is paramount and they show this in their friendly and hospitable manor. This is also the reason why I came back after taking a break in my membership.

Lovely spa. Receptionists and estheticians are professional and friendly. Very easy to make an appointment. Convenient location.

The salon is in a convenient location, I can walk there from my house in 5 min. The therapist I saw this last time was one i had previously and she's GREAT! Her name is Leza (I'm not sure if that's how it's spelled) but I have asked to have my profile updated to show that I would like to have all of my sessions with her going forward. I also had a facial a few months ago here and it was lovely! Highly recommend!

Mia was great. I felt she took the time to assess my skin and needs for that appointment and let me just relax and enjoy my time. Her hands are amazing!!

Everything about the appointment was smooth and easy. David was a great surprise and hit my target zones without over doing it. He also gave some pointers for how to help keep my problem areas from being quite so problematic in the future which showed a great service towards my overall health, knowledge base to have made the connection and willingness to go the extra mile. He checked in with me during the appointment about pressure points and was very respectful and kind during the appointment. I look forward to booking with him again. Your receptionist is always kind and great at welcoming me in and inviting me to feel at ease, a perfect transition between the loud hustle of the world and the quite serenity I was about to experience. From initial contact with reception, then Massage and checking out I am very impressed! Always helpful, very clean atmosphere and quality massage makes me enjoy my time. I’m so impressed I bought my mom a monthly package as well
