Hand and stone is always nice and clean. The receptionists are friendly and polite. The massage therapists are also nice and I never feel uncomfortable. I really like the design in the rooms. Sometimes the music is a little weird and a little to techno rather than ambient.

The staff are very friendly & accommodating. The therapists listen to your wants & needs. The strokes & techniques used are VERY relaxing & make my overall experience WORTH coming back! Thank you!!❤

Not being able to book online or on the app is very frustrating. But the service is always amazing otherwise

I was able to book all three of my family members at the same time to get services. We went together and agreed it was a great family outing, each of us getting the type of massage we needed. My husband even became a member, which was a complete surprise!
