Semaj is a great therapist!! The new location is easy to get to and the parking was accessible too. It is and easier location for me to get to.

It’s not clear how to redeem points and it’s not possible to book a massage that’s longer than 50 minutes on the website or through the app (at least that I’ve found). The app is actually really difficult to use.

My favorite therapists are often leaving for unknown reasons. Appointment availability has gotten a little better but was really bad for awhile. Member pricing is decent but I may be able to use insurance elsewhere.

There is nothing special about the place.

Love Raphael. He is awesome and the staff is friendly as well. In the past I've had a very difficult time finding appointments and I have a fairly flexible schedule. Things are doing decent now and I will keep my membership as long as I'm able to get booked reasonably.

It was overall a pleasant experience. The massage was great, which is what mattered most.

Been difficult lately to make appointments at my location. This has gotten a bit better but I have too many packages to use up and it would cost me money to pause my membership. If it was easier to make same day appointments like it used to be this would be fine but I will likely never catch up to my unused packages.

When I go to get a facial, I expect to spend ~$100. The prices for add-on services is outrageous. I was offended how the whole system worked- I want to know what I’m paying for before laying on that table. The add-on that I paid $40 for was absolutely not worth it and that add-on comes free w every other facial I have had in the past. Sarah was amazingly friendly- but she’s working at a place that does not makes sense nor appeal to me or, I would imagine, most middle-class people. I will take my business elsewhere to spend $75-100 on a facial that includes everything.

My provider seemed a bit cold when speaking face to face. She didn't meet me outside of the room upon finish and didn't give me any after care instructions. She did refer me to.some products though. But I left feeling a bit uncomfortable
