Hand and Stone

I was unable to redeem my 5,000 points for a service add-on. I still have no idea how to redeem these points and the receptionist seemed unable/unknowledgeable on how to help me with that.

Recommended products caused breakouts. Wanted service without a lot of talking but that was not the case

I live in Bend Oregon (wish there was a Hand and Stone there!!) so I wanted to get a massage and facial together while I was here visiting my daughter but was unable to book a massage!

I find it surprising that one pays $80 for a facial and then is always suggested to “upgrade” their facial and it ends up costing $160+ for a rushed facial appointment.

It felt as though the estitcian may not have been as experienced in eyebrow waxing. Was not as pleased with that... but loved the facial.

Requested a specific service. I was told not available. During appointment discovered service available (main one I wanted) but not enough time to do a complete service.

I think the products are too expensive and the membership sales pitch a little pushy.

Both times I received a facial the aesthetician said I had credit to apply for an upgrade. Flat out lie, I never would have upgraded.

My sister and daughter BOTH ahead visible bruises after their messages.

I do view massages and facials as luxuries, but I am very money conscious. It can be difficult for me to spend that amount. It adds pressure when those at the spa want me to upgrade or buy products, etc.
