Hand and Stone

It was my birthday and I was excited to become relax. The massage therapist did amazing job. However the customer service rep was new and could not help me with the packages and add-ons for my birthday.

Cost is comparatively good but still expensive, and appointment started 20 minutes late.

There was a lot of noise coming from the other building. I didn’t like the smell of the oil there was no smell. a I felt like the bed was uncomfortable.

Felt the massage was a little short with the time it took to get ready and discuss the massage, satisfied with the masseuse but just hoping for a few more minutes to feel like I had the full 50 minute massage.

I called to schedule an appointment and said I would be paying partially with a Spa Finder gift card. I was told that Hand & Stone will not accept these cards for much longer, so it's good that I was making an appointment. Upon arriving for the appointment, I was told how much I would owe in addition to the gift card. I was very surprised to learn that the full value of the card ($70) would not be applied to my appointment. Instead, Hand & Stone only acknowledges 50% of the value of the card (and apparently takes the rest as a fee?). If I had known this, I may not have booked with Hand & Stone. The receptionist seemed surprised that I hadn't been informed about this earlier, but she didn't do anything to remedy the situation. Since I was already there, I didn't think I could just cancel because I would have to pay the late cancellation fee. So disappointed in how this was handled!

Great Masseuse, Great Ambiance -- I think the one reason why I may not continue is that the massage really is even 50 minutes long. Between waiting, start time, and other elements the massage is condensed and I would rather pay more money for a massage of the right length.

I was highly satisfied with my service. That is why I I keep my membership. I do with it was cheaper and if I were to cancel it would be cause I can’t pay. But other then that I love it and the team. It’s a wonderful treat.

The location itself was great! It was a little bit further away than we were hoping for the week (as we live in WA) but overall it was a great spot we just ran into finding a location with availability

Price was hiked from the previous year! I wanted to enroll into the membership but I didn’t want to pay for a fee to do. I don’t remember the previous year having a membership fee

I enjoyed the massage however I did pay for a 60 minute massage and only received about 45-50 minutes.
