You send countless emails for packages to purchase when I am TRYING auto book an appointment and there is NOTHING available ….. Reminds me of time shares …. Over booking and nothing available. I cancelled my membership because you increased my membership 15% and offer LESS. I am unable to afford the tip that is also ASKED for by the appt specialist…. I could afford 69 with a 10 tip. This time $79 with an expected 20% + tip… to RICH for my pocket book…not to mention the amount for add on services.

I had to keep telling the massage therapist to apply the same pressure. He was very nice but i think he felt maybe he was going to hurt me. Also, My appointment began at 2:10 when it was supposed to start at 2:00. I added an additional 30 minutes and we finished at exactly 3:30. I was shorted 10 minutes, which can make a big difference! Other than this, everything else was great.

When I went in to my appointment I was told I had a discount applied to my account. When I came out the reciptions refused to apply it. Another receptions did stepped in and give me the discount. The first receptionist was a little rude and it was off putting. I almost canceled my membership after I left, but decided to keep it as this was the only negative experience I have had at any of my visits.

I did not enter the therapy room until 9 minutes past the hour. The actual massage began at roughly 13 minutes past the hour, and finished a minute shy of the hours end. So, my massage only lasted perhaps 45 minutes.

Didn’t feel much different after massage - thought I would be more relaxed with “kinks” worked out. Maybe not enough time spent?

I had two conversations with different receptionist that did not convey that my gift card could not be used for the intro price, 79.99 for an hour Swedish Massage with two additional services which I expected to pay extra for. I was to told the intro offer was not available for non-members, which it does not state on your site. I specifically asked if I could use my gift card for this appointment, was told yes since it was a regular gift card.

The upgrade options were really pricey and there was no information before going into my appointment. The cost was a lot for the length of time and services performed compared to other places.

I scheduled a facial and massage appts back-to-back. I didn't mind the short 15ish minutes wait between services but I had no cell service in the lobby or in the room I waited in ... if there is guest wifi, no info about it was given to me and there was no materials available to guests to read (i.e., magazines). My massage treatment also started at least 5 minutes late. And while the massage therapist apologized for the delay, I am not sure if those 5 minutes were given to me on the back end (I forgot to look at the clock when my service was over). Also, I felt the lower leg part of my massage was not equally spent on each side (one side felt massaged longer than the other). Facial was great.

The increase of monthly price is not worth one hour of relaxation. I think I’d be more inclined if the redness of my skin subsided after treatment. The only thing that seems to soothe it are the add ons, and even that didn’t soothe my skin this last time. I really appreciate Sam though!
