Problem with my Membership fee taken before 9/30/2021 which is when I get paid and since it is my VISA debit card and I wasn't expecting it to come out on 9/28/2021 which was my appointment date. It was explained that it is taken the day of my appointment. So for future appointments I will schedule them on or after my paydays which is the last day of the month. Also, I was sent an email regarding a free spa service and was not advised about it for my appointment on 9/28. I wanted the Free Peppermint scalp massage. Can it be added to my Appointment on 10/29? Please advise. Thanks

My appointment was at 0900 and was brought back reasonably fast. But the massage was not 50 minutes. Once she started, it was after 0900 and she stopped right at 0950

I did not opt in for emails unrelated to my appointment. They’ve been arriving nonstop, even after unsubscribing. I arrived early for my appointment to make sure everything was taken care of re:paperwork, but the appointment started late.

She was great! Really good. I just could’ve done with a bit more attention to my neck and shoulders. The massage was very relaxing and the LMT had a good energy. The one bummer is that we started a bit late (totally my fault) but also ended like 8 minutes before the hour, which meant that my massage was closer to 40 minutes than an hour. I know and totally support needing extra time to clean, but there should be a buffer between appointments, not time taken out of my service.

Would be good to include hands and feet in a full body massage. I do not like being sold memberships when i check out or feeling pressured to book another massage. I would like to do those things when I am ready and receiving a sales pitch is a turn off from doing either.

I feel like every time I book, they reschedule me by 15-30 minutes. It’s not a big deal but it consistently happens - makes it feel a lot less useful to book online!

The staff are friendly and great. I'm not yet convinced with the value of the service, hit or miss sometimes with the massages and the lighting in the doesn't make for a relaxing experience.

For me to give “ highly satisfied “ it would mean it’s affordable to the point I could include it in my budget to be a routine purchase. Or The results of the service/products were so extraordinary I was amazed and couldn’t find that at another company.
