I thought the pressure, though quite firm, was okay. But later that night I felt pain on my back where she had run her hands in deep. I am not sure if this is normal for deep tissue, I have never experienced it from a massage before.

Massage started a few minutes late and then didn't go the full 50 minutes. I don't mind starting late but want to make sure I get the full experience. Otherwise everything was great.

I’m highly satisfied with the service and my experience there. The only reason I am not highly satisfied with the product is because I got my first chemical peel and I haven’t seen noticeable results yet. My esthetician explain it will take a few days to see results, so hopefully I’ll notice change in the next few days.

The confirmation of appointments was a little janky. Got multiple emails and texts even though I had already confirmed.

The therapist I had was not available for my next 2 weeks appointments. The therapist did not greet me in the hallway after my massage. Leading me to believe there was some unspoken issue. So I am not a happy customer.

I wasn’t greeted when I came in and I wasn’t sure where to go, but I think they were dealing with an urgent matter so I completely understand. I’m always a little nervous before a massage and Theresa made me feel really comfortable. She was amazing!

The massage was great and the availability was great. The walls are too thin however and I could hear conversations from other rooms which cheapens the whole experience

Website and scheduling are a huge pain. The member sign in doesn't go to the correct URL and while we sort of fixed this it didn't really address how to get to the correct place and I'm still honestly confused. The customer service at the salon tried to be helpful but they honestly know nothing of IT and IT was NOT helpful to them. They clearly haven't actually tried the website or know anything about UX.
