Everything was very clean. Staff was helpful. Therapist did a great job - great massage.

The esthetician offered suggestions as to which types of treatments she recommended based on my skin issues. She was not transparent at all about price for each and the fact that each of the add on’s actually cost extra. I knew one did from a last treatment but not the other and was a little sticker shocked at checkout.

I scheduled over the phone for 80 minutes with hot stones and aromatherapy for two. When I arrived I was told I was only getting a 50 minute massage with neither the hot stones or aromatherapy.

Lexi is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable massage therapist! The Hand and Stone staff are friendly and helpful. Booking, check out, and other front desk related needs are always straightforward.

Felt uncomfortable wearing a mask.

I have never been able to book appointments online, which is how I would prefer to do so. I would love to be able to log in to an online account and see my visit history, including therapist name.

I really like Dani. She listens to my needs and concerns. She’s friendly and I will likely only book with her moving forward.

Unfriendly receptionists

The mobile app can be a bit wonky. I made my appointment the day before, and I immediately received reminder texts AND phone calls reminding me of the appointment I had just scheduled. A bit of overkill.
