The website lose a lot to be desired I can’t keep up with my points and I can’t look at history well enough. In addition, I cannot be able to use different franchises in them being recognized all under my membership

I don't have much experience with facials so I don't have anything to compare to. My practitioner put me at ease and was personable, I also felt very comfortable with her skill level. I am more just more accustomed to massage services.

Massage was great, my therapist was Lexi. Lexi was attentive to my needs and gave full pressure massage after I asked for it. They were thoughtful of time and moved through my problem areas with more detail than other parts that were not as sore, but did not rush any area. Though Lexi showed me add on options for my service and educated me on products, they did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable when I was uninterested in adding anything on. Lexi should definitely get some kind of incentive, as they are a very professional and highly enjoyable masseuse - when I do return, I will request Lexi. During the last half of my massage, there was very loud conversation and laughter coming from what seemed like a break room on the side of the room i was in, where I could hear every word. Couldn't tell if it was Hand and Stone employees on break or if it was sound of the neighboring business, but it was extremely distracting and annoying. Along with that, the music being played in the room I was in sounded like elevator music (super cheesy "Try to relax" music) and distracted me from being able to fully relax. If I could choose music, it would be better.

When checking out, the receptionist did not check my husband and I out together which led in us spending more money out of pocket then using an additional package to pay for the remaining balance.

My facial was 20 min delayed. The staff apologized and gave me “extras” but never explained what that was and when I left I didn’t feel like I ever received anything extra they said would make up for it.

I was satisfied, that's good enough for me.

I was highly satisfied with my massage. But wish i was told in the beginning that the aromatherapy was an extra $10. Im already paying an extra $10 for the deep massage. The lavender aromatherapy was too strong. The value is going up and it makes me reconsider if I should just go back to my other chiropractic care. For $90, Im getting 1 hr massage, and adjustments by a doctor. Just saying...

It’s the lack of interconnection with franchises. I now have several emails from each location I visit. I can’t move my membership from one location to the next online and I don’t see my history nor my next appointment when I login. The lack of leveraging the site is what’s having me look elsewhere.

Because the experience of setting up my account on your website and scheduling an appointment thru your website was a pain. Your staff made up for it.

The only time I've encountered an issue was at the end of my appointment on August 4th the receptionist did not ask if I wanted to schedule my next appointment. After she handled any gratuity she went on to assist the next client ending their appointment. I waited around for them to finish their transaction so I may book my next appointment. we scheduled my next one but later come to find out I was never actually put on the schedule with my preferred massage therapist. I was disappointed when I arrived for what I thought was my appointment day to find I'm not on the schedule. the receptionist offered to book with someone who is very similar to my preferred gal but I declined since o enjoy having Lexi as my massage therapist.
