I was accidentally charged and while the problem was fixed I found they could have done something more to make up for the huge mistaken charge.

I wish there was a space where you could stay and relax a little bit after the massage. Good value for the cost, but not the best massage I’ve ever had.

Massage therapist forgot to use hot stones which I added as an upgrade this time, but it was resolved and I’ll get it next time. Sometimes feels a little rushed getting 50 minutes in.

What made it not highly satisfied, was due to product getting in my eyes and caused burning. The aesthetician flushed my eyes with a saline solution during and after facial and my eyes were better.

Lexie was AWESOME!! What an amazing massage therapist. It was my first time with her and I would recommend her over and over. However, as a member - there are definitely some customer service things that could be improved. For instance, if the April special is free aromatherapy - don't depend on me, the customer to remember and ask for it - BRING IT UP when I check in. I didn't bring it up solely to see if it would be offered to me, and it wasn't - and honestly, I'm disappointed. Additionally, you just raised your prices and sent a paper coupon in the mail - forcing me to remember to bring it in. Why not send it electronically - or even go a step further and automatically apply it to the massages I schedule. Over the past 18 months, my appointments have had to be rescheduled (at the request of the spa) multiple times - and it's been frustrating to find time in a busy schedule - and I usually end up with times that don't work very well for me. At this point, with the higher prices and customer service that doesn't seem to really center me, as the customer, it is probably time for me to look for a new place to go.

The massage was great, and relaxing. The room was a little cold. Also I realize prices have to increase eventually, however is the increase going to the therapists or the owners? I hope you are splitting the difference.

Purchase an add on pAckage for feet which was a total waste of money. I had two areas of concern, one my feet, the other my lower back. My back was attended to, but my feet were barely touched. That was really my main reason for coming in and for purchasing the add on. It was bad enough that my feet we pretty much ignored, but having to pay $20 for a quick 30 sec towel wrap followed by a short scrub was a waste.
